Lori Petrosky Ebaugh MBA co-leads the seminar adding a sense of warmth and realism to those preparing to “walk down the aisle. She offers the essential balance of the female perspective in her presentations. She is a former marketing analyst at Ford Motor Company and an industrial designer. Lori is the mother of three active boys. She is on a radical mission to put her children first, ahead of her career. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design.

Michael Ebaugh M.R.E., M.Ed. is the Corporate Director of Learning and Development at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills. He has trained over 15,000 people in a wide variety of leadership, personal and spiritual growth topics. He is a passionate speaker who brings topics to life with a good dose of psychological insight and a touch of off-beat sense of humor. Formerly, a Director of Religious Education for 12 years, he is well grounded in a practical theology and adult education principles. He holds a Master’s Degree in Religious Education and a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology.
